SP - 100QSE automatic fast solvent extraction instrument
Brief introduction:
SP - 100 qse automatic with accelerated solvent extraction apparatus by increasing the temperature of the solvent and pressure to increase the speed and efficiency of extraction process, fast extract analytes in the sample. Applicable to the analysis of the solid and semi-solid is widely used in environmental, food, pharmaceutical, oil and other fields.
Features:
1.QSE the traditional with a short extraction time, extraction time reduced from a few days or a few hours to ten minutes, greatly convenient for sample preparation, and makes the sample test of quick and convenient.
2. Reduce the dosage of solvent: QSE needed to significantly reduce the extraction with solvent dosage, reduce the influence of solvent evaporation on the lab environment, and also reduce the workload of solvent concentration. When you need to use expensive solvent, this method makes the extraction cost greatly reduced.
3. The operation is simple and convenient: instruments and high degree of automation, without professional training, can be extracted after the instrument installation work.
4. The high performance extraction pool: extraction pool USES the special craft processing, can work under 200 bar pressure.
5. Multiple specifications extraction pool to choose from: there are 11 ml, 22 ml, 33 ml specification extraction pool.
6. Extraction solvent, can use a variety of organic solvents (including water), the user can according to different extraction samples to select a proper extraction solvent, the solvent can be a single solvent, also can be mixed solvent.
7. Good safety facilities: real-time sensor induction temperature, pressure, extraction temperature and pressure, when the system pressure, the temperature is too high, the system automatically alarm, stop heating, pressure release. Instrument with multi-layer protective structure, can ensure the safety of the equipment and operating personnel.
