Introduction
FHC04-8731 type gas chromatograph, suitable for vehicle environmental conditions. The instrument is equipped with a capillary injector and a dual wavelength FPD detector, and can simultaneously analyze the contents of S and P in the compound.. With digital signal output, the instrument can be directly connected with the communication interface of the chromatographic workstation and realize the intelligent processing of the chromatographic data..
The appearance of the instrument is fresh and smooth, the digital signal output, the computer control and the intelligent data processing system and so on.
The successful implementation of the large number of redundant analysis can be accomplished efficiently.
Features:
FHC04-8731 gas chromatograph, four digital pressure display, three heating zone, oven have a first order process to heat up, the use of new developed double wavelength and flame photometry detector (FPD) having satisfactory two-channel amplifier, can analyze trace at the same time the concentration of phosphorus and sulfur compounds. The instrument adopts graphic dot matrix liquid crystal display. The temperature of the instrument parameters, injection pipette, detector output parameters and control parameters such as the keyboard Settings. Have set the input prompt, setting parameter group. Instrument has self-checking, over temperature protection and fire protection function, can display temperature is ready, the introspection and running state and fault information.
Technical parameters:
Sampling methods: capillary don't tap into the sample.
Oven heating way: l order program, the oven temperature to 300 ℃ + 1 ℃.
Temperature control precision: within 100 ℃ + 0. 1 ℃, and above 100 ℃ + 0. 1%.
Stability: the air flow should be steady flow device, baseline drift is not more than 0.15% in the same condition.
Detector and the detection limit
With double wavelength flame photometric detector, detection of phosphorus and sulfur P S at the same time, detection limit as follows:
Measurement of phosphorus DP 1 x 10 to 12 g/s or less (methyl parathion)
Sulfur DS 5 x 10 to 11 g/s or less (methyl parathion)
Chromatographic column: quartz capillary chromatographic column.
Have a direct digital signal output, signal output: the instrument is used to receive PC and data processing.
