ZMD-F Fluorine plastic self priming magnetic pump adopts the structure of external mixed type axial return pump body which is composed of liquid suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, volute case, backflow hole, gas-liquid separation chamber and other parts. When pump starts, under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the pipeline is stirred by impeller into air water mixture and then the mixture enters into the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute. As the speed is slower, gas and water is separated. At the moment air is being exhausted from liquid exporter and liquid returns to the pump through return flow hole. After many cycles, the air into inlet pipeline is exhausted and the pump forms certain vacuum to achieve self priming performance.
ZMD-F Fluorine plastic self priming Magnetic pump has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, small size, low noise, reliable operation, easy maintenance etc. It can be widely used in chemical industry, pharmaceutical, petroleum, electroplating, food, film and photographic printing, scientific research institutions, national defense industry and other industries to pump acid, lye, oil rare and precious liquid, venom, volatile liquid, as well as circulating water equipment supporting, especially suitable to pump the liquid which is easy to leak, flammable, explosive ETC.
ZMD-F Series fluorine plastic self priming magnetic pump has the features of self priming and magnetic pump. The suction height is up 4 or 5m. The pump has no leakage as the magnetic centrifugal pump. Also the flow parts for the pump is fluorine plastic with very good corrosion resistant.
