Features of digital flatbed cutting machine
The digital flatbed cutting machine is composed of our parts:main motor,hot stamping,auto feeder and electric equip.The motor’s main transmission is by bend shaft structure driving the platen running up and down,plus the pressure adjusting structure,coordinate to finish hot stamping or die cutting job.
The electrical parts is composed of main motor control,feeder/collect control,foil feeder control and so on.The whole machine is controlled by micro processor.
The machine is equipped with the automatic lubrication system.
Application of digital flatbed cutting machine
It can cut on fabric, leather, cardboard, plastic, paper, rubber, EVA foam, and it can cut many types of foam, such as closed cell foam, rubber foam, foamex, foam core, KT board, EPE foam, polyethylene foam, PE foam, PVC foam, etc. It's widely used for packaging protection, advertising display, termal insulation, model & mock up making, puzzle and pattern cutting, etc.
