Delivery condition for hydraulic cylinder pipe:
1. NBK(+N)
after cold forming, eventually above phase transition point, in a protective atmosphere of annealing oxidation medium
2. GBK(+A)
after cold forming, annealing in non oxidizing medium protective gas
3. BK(+C)
the final heat treatment after cold forming, therefore small steel pipe plastically, the plastically degree does not guarantee
4. BKW(+LC)
after final heat treatment, a tiny cold drawing deformation, continue again when machining steel pipe allowed inside certain limits cold deformation(bending, flaring)
5. BKS(+SR)
have a stress relief after cold forming, heat treatment, steel pipe can be carried out within a certain limit in the appropriate processing again

Application of hydraulic cylinder tube:
1.Hydraulic Cylinder Tube---Used in the hydraulic cylinder of the heavy machinery, Cranes, excavator also forklifts. Material is various, mainly STKM-13CT, ST52, CK45 and 1020. We can work and get the mechanical property of the clients need and extended the life of the hydraulic cylinder.
2.SRB tube ----- Used in Elevator,buffer and Hydraulic Cylinder .This kind tube have a better roughness inner the tube, ra0.2-0.4um and can use directly in the hydraulic cylinder tube.
Range: ID 50-250mm and Length can work at most 6M.
3.Cold finished tube---- Widely Used. Processing range 30-300mm, biggest length is 11m.

3. How do I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation we can offer samples to you , but customers should bear the samples charge,after samples passed,we will deduct the sample charges from total amount.

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, T/T etc. You can choose the one which is the favorite or cost effective.
5. What is the delivery time?
If we have the raw material, we can send goods about 20 days. If not, we will about 30 days for delivery.
