Characteristics of Glass Bottle Sterilizer
1. Indirect heating and indirect cooling, no contact between cooling water and process water, avoiding secondary pollution of food, and no need for water treatment chemicals. High temperature and short time sterilization.
2. Reduce steam consumption. Sterilizing water after steam atomization is directly mixed in the sterilizing kettle to increase the speed of heating and cooling.

4. Water is ejected from different angles, and steam, air and water are mixed to convection to form a perfect temperature distribution.
5. A small amount of process water is rapidly circulated to reach the predetermined sterilization temperature.

The kettle can be equipped with four movable temperature sensor probes, which can monitor the F value of the food center and the heat distribution in the kettle at any time, and keep abreast of the heat penetration (the time when the temperature reaches the food geometry center from the food surface).
7. Perfect pressure control, the pressure of the whole production process is constantly adjusted to adapt to changes in the internal pressure of product packaging, so that the product packaging deformation reaches the lowest, especially suitable for products with gas packaging.
8. The preheating system of process water can ensure that the products with heat preservation and heat filling are continuously warmed up.
9. Softening water is used for sterilizing water to avoid fouling in the outer packing point caused by the water quality problem of process water.
