In view of the fact that some glass bottles and gas-containing packaging products are sensitive to heat and cold, and are prone to bottle explosion in the sterilization process, food manufacturers have been plagued. Based on the traditional sterilization kettle, Zhucheng COSCO Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed a new type of spray sterilization kettle, which enables the products in the pot to be completely uniformly pressurized and heated and effectively solved the problem. This sterilization problem has played a positive role in promoting the development of sterilization equipment industry.
The types of spray sterilizing pots are divided into top spray sterilizing pot, side spray sterilizing pot and top spray side spray sterilizing pot.
The spraying system of spraying sterilizing kettle has two modes: one is that a series of nozzles are arranged on the four corners of each tray in the sterilizing tank, which are arranged between each tray layer, so a wide range of spraying modes can be obtained. Because of the continuous spraying of water from the nozzles installed vertically at the four corners of each tray, the temperature in the tank remains very stable at all stages of the sterilization process, which ensures that the changes of F value and excessive cooking are reduced to a minimum. The other is to set up a spraying partition on the top of the kettle. The sterilizing water sprays down from the top and penetrates the product in the kettle evenly and comprehensively. There are also side spraying nozzles to supplement the spraying effect, which can ensure that the temperature in the kettle is uniform and uniform without dead angle.
