Description of PTFE back pressure regulator
PTFE back pressure regulator is used to prevent liquid from flowing or siphoning under the action of gravity. At this time, the back pressure valve can reduce the fluctuation of flow and pressure caused by siphoning.
Features of PTFE back pressure regulator
• Spring diaphragm type structure, adjustable pressure (see parameter table for pressure regulating range)
• For the contact media part, only the lower valve body and diaphragm are available, and the sealing parts of the lower valve body and diaphragm are processed with sealing ribs, with good sealing effect and high sensitivity
• The conventional diaphragm adopts the form of EPDM lining tetrafluorine, which is used for cloth clamping processing, with good sealing effect and high service life;Pure teflon diaphragm has high temperature resistance and strong corrosion resistance

• Adjustable pressure 0-0.3mpa, 0-1.0mpa (see parameter table for details)
• Safety test pressure: 1.5 times the maximum input pressure
• Applicable temperature: common diaphragm - 5 ℃ to + 80 ℃);Ptfe diaphragm: - 5 ℃ to + 80 ℃)
Material:
• Material of lower valve body: PVC, SS304, SS316L, PTFE, PVDF, PP, carbon steel, etc. (can be customized as required)
• Diaphragm material: EPDM lined with teflon (composite diaphragm), PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)
• Material of upper valve body: PVC, carbon steel (nickel plated, blackened), 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel
