The variable spring support hanger is mainly composed of a cylindrical coil spring, a displacement indicating plate, a casing and a lock nut.
The variable spring support hangers are divided into seven types: A, B, C, D, E, F, and G according to different installation methods.
Type A----upper thread suspension type;
Type B----Mono suspension type;
Type C----Bear suspension type;
Type D----Upper adjustment type;
E type----lower adjustment type;
F type----support shelf type;
Type G----parallel suspension type;
Installation and use:
installation:
1. Type A
One end of the upper boom is connected to the root; the other end is screwed into the screw hole of the top plate of the spring support hanger and locked with a nut. The lower end of the basket nut is threaded with the upper end of the pipe hanger, and the basket nut is rotated to lift the pipe to the specified installation position and then locked with a nut.
2.B, C type
The upper end of the spring hanger is connected to the boom or the hanging plate, and the other end of the hanger and the hanging plate is rooted on the steel beam or the floor. Others are the same as Type A.
3.D type
Bolt the spring support hanger to the steel beam or floor slab. The boom is connected to the pipe through the hanger body. Rotate the top nut, lift the pipe to the specified installation position, and then lock it with a nut.
4. Type E
Bolt the spring hanger to the steel beam or floor. Others are the same as Type A.
5.F type
Bolt the spring support hanger base to the foundation, steel beam or floor, and the top supports the horizontal pipe or the bottom of the curve. When the actual support height of the site is different from the design provided installation height, the load column can be rotated for fine adjustment. The amount of fine adjustment is between Lmax and Lmin. Spring type VS30F0~9 is ±6mm, VS30F10~24 is ±12.5mm, spring type VS60F, VS90F, VS120F, VS150F, VS180F are respectively ±25mm.
6.G type
Rotate the basket nut to tighten the boom attached to the steel beam or floor, adjust the hanger to the designed mounting height, and then lock the basket nut with a nut.
