Commercial Pulp Making Mango Juicer Machine
Introduction:
This Mango Pulping Making Extraction Mango Juice Maker is used for stone fruits(Mango, peach, apricot ), Soft fruits(Kiwi fruit, strawberry) and kernel fruits (apple, pear etc ). The feature is Slag pulp, skins, seeds, nuts separate automaticly. No matter they are hard one or soft, it adopts high-speed working principle of multi-tool, easy to operate, functional and adaptable, it can keep the moisture and inner structure no damaged, thus to retain the original taste of vegetables and fruits.

Principle of the mango beating machine:
The main structure consists of: transmission, bearing, shaft sleeve, barrel cover, block pulp tray, Flashlight, spline shaft, screen, scraper (or beating stick), the front cylinder cover and racks.
When the machine is working, motor through V-belt drive, high-speed rotation of the rotor member, fruit from the inside feeding machine, feeding auger blade material will stick to the beating, beating under the action of the rod, the material to be pounded. Due to centrifugal force, the material in the juice and meat (become slurry) through a mesh sieve into the next process, nuclear by tapping the paddles discharged slag outlet, enabling automatic pulp separation.
