How to change the cutting size of the vegetable slicer?
Adjusting the gap between the panel and the knife: Adjust the upper and lower nuts of the four bolts of the fixed panel to rotate the cutter head so that the panel does not touch the blade and tighten the nut.
Instructions and precautions:
1. Sheet thickness adjustment: Remove the upper panel and use a gasket to place under the blade according to the desired sheet shape. If the 5mm piece is cut, the thickness of the gasket is 3mm.
2. Press the indicator arrow to check the direction of rotation of the cutter head. When cutting normally, the knife edge is forward and the material is automatically lowered.
3. If the incision is found to be not smooth, broken, or chopped, the blade should be sharpened.
