Working principle of the Crush Type Juice Extractor Machine:
It consists of crusher, front support, feeding hopper, screw, blade, filter screen, juicer, back support, slag trough and other parts. The left end of the screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, the right end is supported in the hand wheel bearing seat, and the motor drives the screw through a pair of triangular pulleys.
Crusher: materials are broken under the action of high-speed rotating blades.The raw material is added to the hopper and pressed under the spiral propulsion. The squeezed juice flows through the filter to the bottom of the juicer. The waste is discharged through a circular gap formed between the spiral and the pressure regulating cone. The pressure regulating head moves along the axial direction to adjust the size of the gap. Used clockwise: when turning the handwheel bearing seat from the slag discharge groove to the feeding hopper end, the pressure regulating head is turned to the left, the gap is reduced, otherwise the gap is enlarged. Change the size of the gap, but the quality of the juice is relatively decreased, the size of the gap should be determined by the specific process requirements of the user.
