CNC milling machine VMC1060 is suitable for machining, mold manufacturing and many other fields.

 

CNC machining center VMC1060 with high precision and high efficiency features, can be adapted the requirements from the rough processing to finish processing, to complete the milling, drilling, boring and other processes. 


CNC Machining center VMC1060 widely used in aerospace, military, molds, automobiles, Internal combustion engines, textile machinery, chemicals, petroleum, electronics and other industries machining.

Main Features

⑴ Base, sliding block, working bench, vertical column, spindle box and other main basic parts adopt HT250 cast iron.

⑵The guide rail of X, Z, Y axis are plastic rectangular guide, fast speed, eliminate intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, low temperature rise.

⑶ Z axis matched with counterweight to keep balance, which ensure the spindle box running smoothly and stable.

⑷The feed of X, Y, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ball screw with double nut so it is of high feed speed.

⑸The spindle unit is high speed, high accuracy, high rigidity, with large load carrying capacity of axial and radial.

⑹Guide rail and ball screw of X, Y, Z direction are all use protection device to ensure that the screw and the guide is clean and accurate.

⑺The machine tool external protection of machine tool uses the full protection structure. It is convenient operation, safe and reliable, and nice shape.

And put on the plastic cover to wrap around machine parts to enhance corrosion prevention.

3. Steel wire will be used to tighten and strengthen the packages, and extra strengthen with wire ropes, bandages, wedges ect. to avoid packages leaning or moving in container during transportation.

4. FCL or LCL shipping are ok.
