SVW120 5 axis simutaneous cnc vertical machining center:
High precision Germany electro-spindle is used, central water cooling, blowing on tool shank taper hole, to realize big torque, high-speed rotating and suitable for general and fine machining.
IDAM Germany torque motor and special-purpose bearings are used on NC rotary table, with the features of high indexing accuracy, heavy load capacity, high overturning resistance.
NSK Japan high precision ball screws, Schneeberger Germany high rigid linear guides, Siemens Germany high precision servo motors and high-class HEIDENHAIN iTNC530 CNC system and HEIDENHAIN grading scales and encoders are used, so as to realize the X,Y,Z,A,C axes full-closed loop control to achieve the 5-axis simultaneous machining.
