VDL series 3 axis cnc vertical machining center
Such cnc vertical machining centers have following features:
1. With CE Certificate;
2. The basic parts, including in machine floor, column, spindle box, cross slide and work-table, are casted with high rigidity cast-iron, so that guarantees s stable structure and ever high quality.
3. The P4 precision angular contact bearing is applied to spindle assembled in constant house temperature environment, which guarantees the stability and high machining precision.
4. X, Y, Z axes are all equipped with high-precision ballscrews;
5. Disk-type tool magazine with the capacity of holding 24 BT40 tools simultaneously, which is powered by electric motor and operates quickly and stably.
6. The machine is equipped with full-guard and good-looking, waterproof, safe and also environment-friendly.
7. The control system is employed FANUC Oi-M control system and completely digital AC Servo Unit supported by powerful software that supports the RS232 serial interface.
