The main performance characteristics:

1 Gantry  frame beam structure, the matrix and the main components are high strength cast iron, to ensure the long-term use of the stability of the machine tool.

2 The X and Y axis adopt the super heavy load rolling linear guide; the Z axis adopts rectangular hardening and hard rail structure; it has the advantages of high precision and high speed, and it also keeps the high rigidity of cutting.

3 Z axis is installed vapor liquid equilibrium system, put the weight of the headstock effectively balance, paired with high speed, high precision, high rigidity spindle unit and floating unclamping structure, make the main work in the best state.
