1. The whole machine bed of the CNC vertical machining center is cast by HT250-300 high strength resin bonded sand with      aging treatment, fixed column support, cross slide carriage, the L type movable work table, firm foundation and stable

     Frau me.

2. The X, Y and Z axis of the CNC vertical machining center are linear rolling guide, noise free, micro friction, sensitive

    dynamic response, stable accuracy, meeting the requirement of accuracy and production in enormous quantities.

3. The servo feed is a digital alternating current servo motor, high accuracy rolling screw transmission, pre-drawing frame

     so the rigidity is strengthened and the thermal deformation is offset.

4. Barrel type spindle unit, integral installation, convenient and swift for maintenance.

5. The spindle of the CNC vertical machining center is disposed with location programmer with accurate pointing and rigid

     tapping function.

6. The stable and reliable ATC system can be disposed with swash plate type tool magazine.

7. The CNC vertical machining center uses the imported rolling screw and NSK, SKF and FAG spindle bearing and screw

     bearing. It uses superior components to ensure the reliability of the machine. The machine is disposed with chip removal      and coolant system, and the protection system is designed with the Pro/E software.
