Due to the limitation of the machining precision of the general CNC vertical lathe, the reaming reamer of the grinding process has a longer grinding time and lower efficiency. With the development and application of superhard tools (CBN tools), in many cold machining, grinding can be replaced by turning.
CBN tool features for hard-turned bearing:
(1) CBN tools have high oxidation resistance. When machining bearings with CBN tools, dry cutting is used as much as possible.
(2) CBN tools have a low coefficient of friction, which is conducive to the improvement of the surface quality.
