2001, 2002, 2004, and 2005 Mechanical Seal for Vertical Type Agitation Equipment

Structural Features: 2001 is the single end, 2002, 2004 and 2005 are double ends, 2001 is unbalanced, 2002, 2004 and 2005 are balanced, bearing transmission. The component is cartridge seal with easy installation.

Industrial Standards: HG21571-95

Scopes of Application: mainly used in top driven vertical type agitation equipment, which does not have strict requirements for leakproofness. This component can work as an alternative to M461 (2001 and 2002) or M481 (2004 and 2005) of Burgmann.

Operation Parameters:

  • Pressure: - 0.1 ~ 0.6 MPa (when the pressure is bigger than 0.6 MPa, the pressure balancing device is needed and its connection size can be customized)

  • Temperature: - 20 ~ 150 ºC (cooling tank is required if the temperature is higher than 150 ºC and the installation height should be 100 mm higher than normal)

  • Linear Speed: 2 m/s or less (2001) OR 3 m/s or less (2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005)

Materials:

  • Rotary Ring: SiC/Carbon

  • Stationary Ring: TC/SiC

  • Elastomers: NBR/Viton/EPDM/PTFE/FFKM

  • Springs: SS304/SS316/HC-276

  • Metal Parts: SS304/SS316/SS316L

Mediums: water, oil, week acid. week alkali, and other normal mediums (2001 and 2002) OR flammable, explosive and poisonous gas (2004 and 2005)
