Main Features:
1. Glass washing & drying section:
A. Glass washing & drying section is made of stainless steel.
B. Four-level clearance: three pairs of brushes and one pair of sponge rail, guarantee the washing quality. Six high-temprature nylon brushes, diameter is 180mm. The first two are hard brushes
C. Washing speed is 12m/min, equipped with water heating system. SKF Oil-free bearing avoid the oil molecular pollution to glass.
D. Six delivery solid rollers, are acid-proof, alkali-proof and anticorrosive. The distance is adjustable automatically.
F.NC bending rhomic air knief. Circle wind saves energy and avoid the wind pollution. Sponge down the noise.
2. Glass press section:
A. Driven by hydraulic system ( WEILI different from others), more stable.
B. Two retainers, prevent the big size glass from falling. also reduce wear to delivery wheels. ( WEILI different from others)
C. Process double & triple glass, over-long glass, unequal glass. Stepping motor driven
D. The press board ca be opened to 450mm, easy to maintance.
E. Suckers are distributed regionally. Vacuum genetor for sucker from Taiwan make sure no dislocation.
