CNC-802-6G CNC copper busbar punching shearing equipment for power plant is a machine for full automatic feeding, automatic positioning, automatic clamping, automatic punching, automatic shearing, automatic replacement of mold, automatic delivery. It use High automatic system, Complate The whole process Automaitically . High impove the efficiency .
Main Features:
1.Use Automatic Programming software .It is able to calculate the accurate position of the punched, sheared, andembossed work pieces in 3D vision. ( X,Y,Z RAY)
2. Multiple die kit This busbar punching shearing Line can finish hole punching(round hole, oblong hole etc) embossing,shearing, grooving, cutting filleted corner etc.
3.Auto-rotating The machine can realize auto rotating of clamps for long busbar.
The finished workpiece will automatically delivered via the conveyor
4. Use single shearing tool, the shearing edge is smooth and neat, no waste, no burs.
