SDZ-30 is a upgraded version mountain drilling rig. The rig has a optimization design and is a cost-effective product with great value. The SDZ-30S mountain drill can meet the construction requirements of air shock drilling and so on; so it can adapt to different geological environments. The SDZ-30S mountain geophysical drilling rig is now widely used in the mountainous, jungle, hills, gobi, loess plateeu, seasonal farmland and other complex areas without water source, such as oil and gas seismic exploration, field investigation, geological structure investigation and other drilling engineering construction work.
2. The features of SDZ-30S mountain drilling rig
l Light weight modular design is adopted for quick disassemble and assemble for easy handling.
l The drilling rig and drill frame are strengthened and reinforced, which are more earthquake resistant and longer lasting.
l The front end of the base is designed with two sets of screw support, and the drill rig is more stable when drilling.
l Adopt a new and optimized hydraulic system, with higher efficiency and better control.
l The hydraulic oil tank is made by sheet metal process to reduce weld seam and use oil leakage for a long time.
l Lengthening the tubing between the hydraulic pump station and the operation table can achieve 3 meters outside operation.
l The screw type air compressor has the advantages of low energy consumption, low noise, high quality, stable exhaust pressure and low failure rate.
