SQG-II series CNC cutting machine

The longitudinal guide rail device mainly consists of precision grinding guide rail, high-precision rack, guide rail adjustment pad, end limit plate and so on. The guide rails are made of high-strength heavy rails. The top and sides of the guide rails are subjected to precision mechanical grinding. Precision teeth are installed on the outer side of the guide rails.

Vertical and transverse teeth are made of pitch teeth. Since the distance of the CP gear is an integer for each turn, it can greatly reduce the cumulative error of the transmission, especially for machines with longer guide rails. The advantages are even more prominent.
