The size of tunnel kiln is 120000x2500x2500mm, this furnace adopts the cross layout of high speed burner , automatic ignition, heating up is fast,temperature in the kiln is uniform, improve the quality and output of the products, under the reasonable design, the firing period of the product can be shortened.
Electrical control system of firebrick tunnel kiln: it is automatic control for electric equipment , the kiln temperature can be adjusted, the control through computer program , rated temperature is 1600 ℃-1700 ℃, the production cycle is adjustable, the width in the kiln is 1400 mm,effective height in the kiln is 1500 mm, kiln roof is flat suspended ceiling,fiber insulation cotton is added on the top of ceiling, heat preservation is superior, the applicable scope is wide, it is mainly used for large-scale production of refractory brick, heavy brick, high alumina brick, clay bricks, mullite bricks, etc. this equipment adopts the advanced and reasonable design, the advantage of this tunnel kiln is more advanced than the ones of same industry, energy saving is evident, (gas) consumption is decreased by 30%, the design is mainly energy-saving and environmental protection,high yields,simple and convenient operation, excellent heat preservation, quality assurance, it has the following features:
