With the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter material, the efficiency and resistance of the filter increase accordingly. When the pressure difference on both sides of the filter material is large, some small dust particles that have been attached to the filter material will be squeezed. The efficiency of the filter decreases. In addition, the high resistance of the dust collector will significantly reduce the wind volume of the dust removal system. Therefore, after the drag of the dust collector reaches a certain value, it is necessary to clear the ash in time. The first layer can not be destroyed when the ash is cleared, so as not to reduce efficiency.
Working principle of cloth bag dust collector:
Filter filter refers to the dust particles in the air flow are intercepted and collected by the filter layer when the dust holes pass through the filter layer, so as to achieve gas-solid separation equipment.
Filtered dust removal devices include bag-type dust removers, which usually use filter bags made of organic fibers or inorganic fiber fabrics as filtration layers, while the latter filter layers mostly use particles of different sizes, such as quartz sand, river sand, pottery, slag and so on. With the repeated adhesion of the powder to the outer surface of the filter bag, the thickness of the powder layer continues to increase, and the resistance value of the cloth bag dust collector also increases. Pulse valve diaphragm issued instructions, the pulse valve opened when the left and right submerged, the compressed air in the high-pressure gas pack, if there is no dust or small enough to a certain extent, mechanical ash removal work will stop working.
The gas purification method of the low-pressure pulse bag filter is the outer filter type, and the dust containing gas enters the filter room of each unit from the guide pipe. Since the vertical distance of the bottom of the filter bag from the top of the inlet in the design is sufficient and reasonable, the air flow passes through the appropriate flow. And natural flow distribution, The air distribution in the whole filtration room is uniform. The dust particles in the dust gas fall directly into the ash bucket after being separated by natural settlement. The remaining dust enters the filter area of the middle box body with the guidance of the drainage system and is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag. The filtered clean gas is discharged through the filter bag through the upper box and the exhaust pipe.
The filter bag uses compressed air to spray and clear the ash. The dust cleaning mechanism consists of an air pack, a blowout tube, and an electromagnetic pulse control valve. Each row of filter bags in the filtration room is equipped with a blowout tube at the top of the exit. The lower side of the blowout tube is equipped with a blowout nozzle on the center of the filter bag. Each blowout tube is provided with a pulse valve and is connected to the compressed air bag. When the dust is cleared, the electromagnetic valve opens the pulse valve, and the compressed air is sprayed by the dust control device(differential pressure or timing, manual control) to open the electromagnetic pulse blowout according to the set program. The compressed gas is induced into the filter bag several times the amount of air emitted through the nozzles on the blowout tube of each pulse valve in an extremely short period of time, forming an air wave, causing the filter bag to produce a sharp expansion from the mouth to the bottom. And impact vibration, Causes a strong dust removal effect and shakes off the dust on the filter bag.
