Bucket elevator
Purpose of bucket elevator:
Bucket elevator is suitable for lifting from low to high. The machine automatically and continuously moves upward after the material is put into the hopper through the shaking table. The hopper is designed and manufactured by itself. PP non-toxic hopper makes this type of hopper hoist more widely used. All sizes are designed and manufactured according to actual needs. It is designed for supporting vertical packaging machine and computer metering machine. It is suitable for food, medicine and chemical industry products. The lifting and feeding of screw, nut and other products can control the automatic stop of the machine through the signal recognition of the packaging machine.
The working principle of bucket elevator:
The hopper of the bucket elevator scoops up the material from the storage below. As the conveyor belt or chain is lifted to the top, it turns down after bypassing the top wheel. The bucket elevator pours the material into the receiving slot. The belt of belt-driven bucket elevator generally adopts rubber belt, which is mounted on the lower or upper driving drum and the upper and lower reversing drum. The bucket elevator with chain drive is usually equipped with two parallel transmission chains, with a pair of transmission sprockets on or below and a pair of directional sprockets on or above. Bucket elevators are usually equipped with organic shells to prevent dust from flying in bucket elevators.
