Single unit dust collector
Single-machine dust collector (single-machine bag dust collector, single-machine bag dust collector) is specially designed for the top, bottom, belt conveyor and local dust source dust removal of cement plant warehouse. It can also be used for local dust removal in other industries. The utility model has the advantages of small volume, large air handling capacity, compact structure, convenient and reliable use, etc.
Dust catcher is a kind of air purification equipment with small volume and high dust removal efficiency. Suitable for various independent dust production points, flexible and convenient, in-situ dust collection, in-situ treatment, can effectively ensure the cleanliness of the air. The basic structure is composed of a dust collecting box, a centrifugal fan, a filter bag, a dust collector and a micro-computer controller. The dust is sucked into the dust collecting box by a negative pressure of the fan through a dust collecting duct. Using gravity and upward airflow, the coarse dust is first filtered by the filter and then directly dropped to the dust collecting device. The particulate dust is filtered by the filter. On the outside surface, the clean gas is filtered, decomposed and purified through the filter element, and then flows into the clean room, which is discharged by the fan from the outlet. The whole process of dust removal and filtration is the result of comprehensive effects such as gravity, inertia force, collision, electrostatic adsorption and sieve filtration.
Single-machine dust collector can be widely used in pharmaceutical industry and biology, chemical industry, food, electronics, mechanical hardware, casting, ceramics, loading and unloading, mining, metallurgy and other industries in-situ dust removal. The dust, cement, gypsum powder, carbon powder, bakelite powder and plastic powder of foundry sand also have good dust removal effect in a certain range for small and fine metal chips. The dust removal efficiency is more than 99.5%.
