FD Series Bag Type Dust Collector
1:General Introduction
The FD type compressed air cleaning dust collector is a new pattern bag type dust collector which is developed on the basis of summarizing the same type dust collector at home and abroad. The filter is designed for surface filtration and filtering-medium horizontal structure;this structure requires only a small height for the large filter space, and is easy to touch the horizontally assembled fittings and removal of other accessories; another benefit of the surface filter is that Its various cleaning functions are adjusted according to the filter medium. Its filter medium has a long service life and less maintenance requirements compared with other filters; it has the following characteristics:
1.It adopts unit-combination style single-layer box structure, each layer six rows,compact layout , and the design is flexible and convenient.
2.The side-inserted flat bag is light in weight, and it needs little space for changing the bag, and the bag changing operation is quite easy, suitable for indoor installation.
3.Compressed air pulse back-flushing dust cleaning, low energy consumption for cleaning, good cleaning effect, it overcomes the common problems of other types of cleaning mechanisms, such as more switching valves, large air leakage, complex mechanism, improper switching, and airflow Collision short circuit problems.
4.The bag mouth is made of special fiber material, which has good elasticity and high strength, so that the dust chamber and the clean room have excellent dust sealing performance.
