Structure and work principle
(1) The mainframe of this machine is made up of volute, relieving tool, grinding roller, pulverizing ring and cover piece. Pylon of crushing chamber center is fixed on top of the main spindle. The three roller on pylon make revolution round axis line and make rotation at the same time. With the centrifugal force by rotation, milling roller wings outside and presses fast on milling ring to make relieving tool carry materials between milling roller and ring, thus materials are crushed by the rolling and milling of milling roller.
(2) Fan blows air into the case of main frame. The blown dust is separated by analyzer over milling room. The thick materials will fall into milling room again for re-milling and fine materials will be blown into cyclone receiver and be ejected through powder outlet then become finished product. Air will turn fan through the air-turn pipe over big cyclone receiver and the air is circular and flows in the state of negative voltage. Increased part of circular air flow will be ejected through waste gas pipe between fan and main frame then enters small cyclone receiver for purification.
