One line zero buoyancy cable structure:

Conductor: multi strand ultrafine fine twisted oxygen free copper wire

Insulation: special Ding Qing PVC mixed or TPE/ high quality waterproof PE (customer optional)

Color: color separation or number distinction.

Shielding: tinned copper wire textile shielding, density: 85%

Jacket: foamed polyurethane (PUR) / foamed PE/ foaming TPV

Color: black, gray, orange, yellow, can be processed according to customer's skin color.

Rated voltage:

Section

The section is greater than o.5mm2: 300/500v/450/750v.

Test voltage: 2500V

Integrated line zero buoyancy cable temperature range:

Fixed installation -30℃ to +85℃

Mobile installation: -20℃ to +85℃

Bending radius of one line zero buoyancy cable:

Fixed installation: 5 * cable outer diameter (D)

Mobile installation:

When the stroke is<10 meters, the bending radius is 7.5 x D.

When the stroke is greater than 10 meters, the bending radius is 10 x D.
