structure characteristics

Headbox: Headbox is an open type, consisting of square cone main pipe, step diffuser, homogenizing roll, box body, etc. The box body is welded with stainless steel lining; Double homogenizing roll structure; Upper and lower lip plate is made of stainless steel, upper lip plate can be fully and locally adjusted.

Long net: net case length 16000mm. The net part is mainly composed of chest roll, forming plate, groove pattern roll, case roll, three dewatering plates, five dewatering plates, wet suction tank, suction tank, vacuum roller, drive roller, screw mesh tightener, constant tension mesh tightener, pneumatic corrector, mesh table, etc.

Press section: vacuum suction and draw paper, K type two pressure zone compound press plus a big roller diameter. Double roller blankets and 1250 blind hole cots are used for large roller diameter pressing.

Dry part: equipped with 34 1500mm drying cylinders, including 1 cold cylinders, grouped in 8 + 8 + 8 + 10. Operation side is cast iron box frame, transmission side is triangular gear box, dryer and its gears are lubricated with thin oil.

Drive and control unit: adopt AC frequency conversion part drive, AC frequency conversion special motor, hard gear reducer, universal coupling connection, adopt full digital closed-loop control system.

Roll paper: equipped with horizontal pneumatic paper coiling machine.
