Automatic Two-Torch Slip-on Flange and Pipe Welding Machine 16"is able to synchronously weld on inside & outside of flanges. With welding positioner providing steady driving power by unlimited rotating, it can satisfy welding requirements of multi-layers and multi-seams. Speed stepless regulating device can effectively control welding speed. It is key equipment for pipe and slip-on flange welding in shipbuilding industry.

It has features as following:

l  Mainly used to weld the inside and outside fillet seam of slip-on flange;

l   CO2/ MIG / SAW are optional;

l   PLC system control, two torches are able to achieve synchronous welding;

l   High welding quality and efficiency, for example, for a 24” welding machine, it can reach 225DI/day productivity, including handling, presetting time;

l   It can set up a production line when working together with two/five-axis flame/plasma cutting machine & motorized pipe and flange fitting-up machine.

It is widely used in the industry of shipping building, power plant, nuclear plant, etc.
