9KLP series feed pellet mill is mainly used to compress grain and agricultural waste,such as wheat,corn,beans,beans straw,grass,corn stalk,rice husk,seed skin,peanuts shell,cotton seed husk, plant waste, forest waste which have been crushed by grinding machine into little cylindrical shape pellets.The produced can be stored for a long time and improve poultry dainty and assimilation function.
Raw Material
The raw material for of feed pellet can be the food grain like corn, wheat soybean etc,and the crushed waste from agriculture,such as corn stalk,groundnut shell,grass,wheat straw and so on .
Structure
Poultry feed pellet making machine consist of three parts: the feeding part, the working part and discharging part. The roller and die is the main component of the working part which is making pellet. The die keep rotating and the roller keep still during producing pellets. Under high rotating friction, the natural lignin will release out of the material and become the binder. So there is no need any binder in the whole pellet processing.
