Introduction of feed pellet production line /feed-production-plant/
To meet the demand of production of poultry feed pellet ,we have developed a kind of poultry feed production line.it can produce livestock feed ,floating fish feed ,pet feed,poultry feed etc .the pellet can be made in different flavor and shapes,with rich nutrients and high quality,it can meet animal live need.this animal feed production with series size ,it can be supplied with small size,medium size and large size.
1.Material crushing-animal feed crusher
The normal materials of animal feed pellet is corn ,wheat,rice ,beans and other materials .they are large particle,so we need use animal feed crusher to crush it to small size powder.AIX brand animal feed crusher has series capacity ,it can be applied for small or medium sized feed pellet processing factory .
2.Materials mixing-feed mixer
It’s the important step to mix the materials thoroughly ,the stir ingredients can improve the feed pellet quality.we will supply feed mixer according to your materials and capacity .it also can be customized according to user’s needs.
3.Materials pelleting-feed pellet machine
We will supply different feed pellet machine according to your target market .Such floating fish pellet machine ,poultry feed pellet machine ,dog feed pellet machine .The floating fish pellet machine is kind of extruder pellet machine ,and poultry feed pellet machine is kind of press pellet machine .all of above machine will be matched according to feed object,raw materials .
4.Pellet drying-feed pellet dry machine
After pelleting ,the moisture content of pellet is a bit high,it’s not suitable for storage,so the pellet need to be dried by dryer machine .During drying process,the drying air will be padded repeatedly through the pellet to take away the moisture. This can reduce moisture content of pellet to about 18%.
5.Pellet cooling-feed pellet cooler
High temperature pellet can’t be storage,it need cooling then will be packed.it can reduce the pellets temperature from 80~90℃ to below than 10℃.it also can reduce moisture from 18% to about 12%.the it can be packed and sold.
6.Pellet packing-pellet packing machine
The final step is packed and ready for selling.It can attract clients with proper package.Our automatic weighing and packing machine can make weight ,convey and seal automatically.it can make large size production ,save labor and cost.
