SX1000 is consist of control cabinet +2 pcs of spray gun; power can reach 36kw;
SX2000 is consist of control cabinet +4 pcs of spray gun; power can reach 72kw;
SX4000 is consist of control cabinet +8 pcs of spray gun ;power can reach 144kw ;
The biggest difference of the arc spray machines above is the power ,data after code "SX "stand of electronic current ,from 150 to 4000,then power is from 7kw to 144kw accordingly ,of course ,with different price ,you can choose the economical and practical model based on your requirement ;of course, we can recommend you after discussing more details

3.characteristic:
SX series arc coating machine is easy for operation and use. Operator only needs to control a few buttons to manage the spraying process. High efficency without hassle.
Arc spray are characterized in high spraying efficiency,excellent coating quality and low production cost,especially applicable for large area anticorrosive spray.
Models from SX-800 to SX-4000 are with automatic function which will improve efficency more. Wide extending range push/pull spray gun is visually and clearly connected with equipment. Power distribution system with current leakage protection is applied.
4.application:
arc coating machine is used for spraying zinc,aluminum,copper,molybdnum,titanium,stainless steel,high carbon steel,nickel chromium alloy,wear-resistant alloy,Babbitt alloy material,etc,which can improve the wear-resistant ,and an-corrosion of the workpieces, also, can repair the broken workpieces , there are some pictures for your reference .
