Functions and Features:
Based on many years of experience of dehulling and separating works, we design and manufacture this special equipment for processing almond and hazelnut kernels.
The work flow is like this: the almond inshell and hazelnuts will be pre-sized first and then each individual grade will go for dehulling one by one. The un-hulled almond inshell or hazelnut will go back to dehullers automatically for next round of re-hulling during the process. It features higher dehulling efficiency, higher percentage of the whole kernels and easy operation and maintenance.
Component:
The equipment consists of 3 processing units and electric control cabinet.
1.Sizing unit consist of input hopper, elevator and sizing machine. It is used to pre-size almond inshell or hazelnuts into 4 grades.
2.Dehulling and separating unit consists of input hopper, bucket elevator,dehuller, separating screen, elevator for back-flowing materials and linear screen for back-flowing materials.
3.Shells-removing unit consists of input hopper, spiral elevator, twin-outlet elevator,shell-kernels separator(2sets), which can separate the kernels out of shells, almost same size compared with kernels.
