Features and advantages of the check valve of lift station:
The center adopts the self-tightening seal structure, the higher the pressure, the better the sealing performance.
The design and manufacture of products shall be in accordance with ASME B16.34, E101 and JB/ t3595-93.
The valve body and cover are die forging. Disc whole quenching, and can be moved up and down in the valve body, the media pressure will automatically close the disc when the media is back.
The valve seat adopts welded structure, the disc and seat sealing face are surfacing with cobalt base hard alloy (STL), which has wear-resisting, high temperature resistance, good abrasion resistance and service life.
The check valve shall be vertically mounted on the horizontal pipe and the medium flow from below to upstream (positive flow).
