SX-8000 is the typical oil HVOF spray equipment ,which is of great advantage ,while SX-5000 is gas HVOF spray equipment; with the efort of our technologists, we develop a portable HVOF spraying equipment SX2000,which is only 28kg ,can be carried to everywhere for small construction spraying ,all of them can spray nickel powder ,chrome/nickel powder ,tungsten carbide powder coating ,which can improve the anti-corrosion /wear resistant of the workpieces

(1) for SX8000 and SX5000,they are both consist of control cabinet,powder feerder,cool water machine ,and spray gun
while for SX2000, it is consist of control cabinet ,powder feeder,and spray gun

2.Characteristics
(1)
hardness of coating: HRC75~80;
bonging stretch: 600kg/cm2
(2)high temperatu resisting coating can spray all kind of Metal powder, such as Ceramic powder ( Chrome oxide, Titanium oxide, Aluminum oxide, aluminum titanium oxide, Zirconium oxide powder, etc.), Alloy powder (WC-Co, Cr3C2-NiCr), Chrome, Titanium, Silicon powder, etc. Temperatures in the arc zone approach 36,000°F (20,000°K)
(3) The coating can get high bond strength, low porosity. You can get accurate coating by controlling technological parameter.
3.application and advantage
HVOF spraying machine is widely used in spraying Tungsten carbide ,NiCr chrome carbide and Nickel chrome aluminum on the workpieces ,to improve the abrasion resistant ,wear resistant and corrosion resistant of the surface of the mixe workpieces.
