 Advantages

Simple equipment, flexible process

      When choosing the process method, we should also consider the mechanical properties of the spraying layer, consider the mechanical processing according to the size and shape of the parts, then decide which kind of spraying method to be used , and what is the processing cost and so on .

 

  (2) Principles of choosing the spraying process

(1) principle of reliability       If the coating bonding force requirement is not very high,  and the melting point of the spraying materials is less  than 2,500 ℃, then we can  use flame spraying  with simple equipment and low cost

 (2) principle of applicability      For those higher requirements of the coating performance or some dearer parts, it is better to  use  plasma spraying. 

 (3) Principles of economics     Arc spraying is often used in metal spraying construction with large amount of engineering.

 (4)if require metal or alloy coating with high bonding force and low porosity ,you can consider  plasma spraying or HVOF
