1. principle of SX5000 tungsten carbide coating machine, HVOF powder spray coating equipment for pump
the mixture gas of oxygen and fuel gas is sent to the burning area of spray gun outlet under high pressure. Then the burning gas is accelerated to form a supersonic flame with the help of external compressed air. The spraypowder is sent into burning flame and make a functional coating.

SX-5000 consists of spray gun, powder feeding machine, control system, heat-exchanger system and pipeline system. It’s a compact equipment with the feature of easy-operating, stable working performance, low fuel
consumption and high-quality coating.
(1)Control system
SX-5000 HVOF spray system is in advanced level,has superior performance and is easy to operate in comparasion to the same products in the world. The spraying process is in automation, and monitoring system in real-time which can respond immediately when system has failure.
(2)Powder feeder
The SX-5000 powder feeding machine is used to store spray powder and send them to burning flames according to technological requirements. The feeding gas is nitrogen, which pulverizes the powder and sends the pulverized particles to spray gun. You can regulate the feeding velocity by the localizer on the regulating control panel.
(3)Cooling system
Double compressor equipment reduces its volume and savse your space. Mainly used for nozzle, seals to cooling.The purpose is to make nozzle, sealing ring prolong use life
(4)Spray gun
Spray gun with manual and machine fixed way of operation. Gas needed: oxygen and propane (C3H8),
weight: 2kg.velocity of spray particles:≥450m/s. It can work for a long time stably.

(1)high temperatu resisting coatingcan spray all kind of Metal powder, such as Ceramic powder ( Chrome oxide, Titanium oxide, Aluminum oxide, aluminum titanium oxide, Zirconium oxide powder, etc.), Alloy powder (WC-Co, Cr3C2NiCr), Chrome, Titanium, Silicon powder, etc. Temperatures in the arc zone approach 36,000°F (20,000°K)
(2) Inert gas can be used as working medium to reduce the oxidation of spraying particles
(3) The coating can get high bond strength, low porosity. You can get accurate coating by controlling technological parameter.
