2.principle of rough surface treatment machine :
Touching two conductive wire to get arc,then use arc to melt the metal, with high-speed airflow to molten metal droplets and thensprayed to the metal surface to increase the roughness. The machine is generally composed of special electric spark powersupply, control device, laser gun, wire feeder and compressed air supplying system
3.Characteristics of rough surface treatment machine
(1) the formation of three-dimensional concave-convex surface
(2) more coarse than sandblasting, punching and rolling and
(3) surface thickness can be arbitrarily adjusted
(4) improve the adhesion strength of the paint
