The flat tank bottom valve is a high performance industry valve,having characteristics of anti-abrasive and anti-scaling . The flat tank bottom valve is widely used in alumina ,coal chemical,steel ,metallurgy industry for discharging materials in the reaction kettle or reactor.
Valve features
1.Valve body design
The series of angle valve has Y type and angle type .According to the actual operating conditions, flat tank bottom can be designed according to customers demand.
2. Both rising disc type (the valve is opened into tank) and lowering disc type ((the valve is opened into valve) can be designed by Quanshun valve;
3.Special washing pipe can be optional
If the medium with particle and easy to cake , a special washing pipe can be designed .
4.Crust breaking for disc rising type, so anti_scaling function is avaliable.
5.The sealing surface of the valve seat and the valve disc is made of over laying cemented carbide or painted with tungsten carbide. The auxiliary line sealing guarantee the reliability of the sealing performance.
6.A variety of driving methord can be choosed.
