Doors and windows installation methods:
Need to confirm these four basic work before the installation
1.The size of the windows and doors hole has formed and satisfies the requirement of the customization product size specifications.
2.Doors and windows installation position (horizontal, vertical, and depth, commonly known as positioning “three line”) have been identified; Embedded parts (such as the mouth of the cave need embedded concrete block, brick wood, etc.), the number of location and embedding intensity is comply with the design requirements; Influence of doors and windows installation and on-site handing facilities (such as scaffolding) into the mouth of the cave was removed.
3.The scene of the construction work environment temperature must be above 10 degrees Celsius, to ensure the sealing performance of seal.
4.Installation methods to protect casing and frame installation.
1) Protect box: in accordance with the drawings to pick the corresponding box of wood, and assemble them into a box.
2) Protect the box in place: according to the drawing the corresponding protective box into the mouth of the cave.
3) To protect the frame orientation: according to horizontal line, the hole centerline and deep lines (or Wall-limestone) will protect the frame orientation.
4)Protective box is fixed: will protect box fixed parts connected to the wall, make the protection frame and the wall fixed.
5)Gap filling: inside the box and wall clearance injected polyurethane foaming agent.
