Younglee’s steel pipe factory is one of the best Chinese Honed tube manufacturers. Honed tube is one of the main products of our steel tube factory.

Honed Tubing: Our honed steel tubing is manufactured from the “Suitable To Hone” Cold Drawn Seamless tubes (CDS pipes) . The honing process involves using abrasive polishing stones and abrasive paper to remove small amounts of material, to produce extremely precise ID dimensions and smooth inside finishes.
Besides honing process, our honed pipes can be manufactured by SRB process also.

Younglee’s honed tubes mostly is made from grades SAE 1020, and SAE 1026 and ST52.3, or other steel grades on request. We can produce stainles steel honed tubes.

Size range of Younglee's honed tubes:
Younglee's pipe factory can produce honed tubes with dimensions as below.
Inside diameter 32mm – 500mm Honed ID;
Length is determined by customer, and the max. lenght can be up to 12000 mm.
Standard and metric sizes available.
