Description
Our standard dry ice production line JHK1000 includes one unit dry ice pelletizer machine JH1000 and one unit dry ice reformer machine JHR4000. JH1000 produces 1000kg/hour high density dry ice pellets which are then flow into hopper of dry ice reformer machine and makes dry ice slices with fixed dimension: 125*105*25mm or 95*95*20mm.
The dry ice slices are normally used for food transportation. In China, they are used frequently online fresh store business. It is also possible to produce other thicknesses up to 60 mm. Other block ice dimensions are available on request.
This production line is most suitably for dry ice manufacturing plant which needs high density dry ice slices in higher production efficiency.
