APPLICATION
ZY Series Single-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is specially designed for treating used or new insulating oil, transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil etc.
ZY oil purifier is widely used in factory workshops, power transmission and generation station etc.
Removes gas, moisture, impurities and other contaminants from transformer oil

Extends oil service life, ensures safety operation of power equipment

FEATURES
1. Large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique, advance dewatering and degassing system, which remove water and gas much quickly and completely.
2. Precise and multi-stage filtration system (primary filter, secondary filter, fine filter) with gradually increasing precision, which can effectively remove mechanical impurities from oil.
3. Advanced double-infrared liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector, which ensure long-term safely and reliable operation.
4. All necessary control switch, light indicator and meter are equipped on the control panel which provides easy control for operation and supervision.
5. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor.
6. High-Efficiency electric heating system, heating oil uniformity, avoid oil deterioration in the process.
7. This machine can be operated both online and offline.
8. After purification the transformer oil’s technical parameters and properties are reclaimed, the oil’s breakdown voltage can reach up to 60 KV and better.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
When the oil purifier starts working, the oil is injected in the primary filter through oil inlet valve, the big impurities are removed, and the oil including particles released into vacuum tank after heating.
Under the low vacuum pressure and deaeration element, the vapor is separated from oil and vaporized quickly then condensate into water by cooler or drained away by vacuum system.
The oil without water is transferred into secondary filter and precision filter through oil pump then remove the tiny mechnical impurities.
After the whole process, you get the filtrated transformer oil,and if you need you purify for several times.
