1. No-load test run
(1) The two switches will be controlled by a single switch, observe the rotation of the shaft, the steering should be subject to outward rotation, and stand-alone no-load current should be 25A or less.
(2) Press the discharge door switch to observe the opening and closing of the discharge door should be closed in place, without hindrance.
(3) Start water, aggregate, powder control system, work is normal.
2. Operation and use
The mixer before the official mass production should be mixed with about 0.8m3 mortar, and start the lubrication pump according to the routine, the mixing time should be 10 to 15 minutes. Start daily before normal production of lubricating system for 10 to 15 minutes continuous oil before feeding production.
When used according to the order sent by the operator or the system set procedures, requirements:
(1) aggregate input time within 20S;
(2) powder input time within 15S;
(3) water join time within 17.5S;
(4) mixing time is 35 ~ 40S;
(5) unloading time is 12S;
