Feeding system
The feeding part of the JDC350 concrete mixer is composed of a lifting mechanism, a hopper, a feeding frame, a feeding funnel and other parts.
Mixing system
The stirring device consists of a stirring barrel, a stirring shaft, a stirring blade and a shaft end seal. Mixing drum for the whole welding process, the tube is equipped with two kinds of liner, including the side liner 12 pieces, curved liner 77 pieces. Use countersunk head screws to securely connect with cylinder body. Due to the different contact degree between the aggregate and the liner, the wear degree of the liner is uneven, which can be exchanged to improve the use time of the liner board.
Water supply system
The water supply system of JDC350 concrete mixer is composed of motor, water pump, throttle valve, cleaning device, sprinkler pipe and so on. The water required for mixing concrete is sent by the pump through the throttle valve to the sprinkler pipe, and the throttle valve can adjust the flow of water.
Transmission system
The drive system of JDC350 concrete mixer is mainly composed of electric motor, stirring gearbox, coupling and stirring shaft. The motor is mounted directly on the end face of the chassis, and the final power is rotated by the gear and linkage to stir the stirring shaft.
This machine is aimed at remote electricity-free area, can not realize mechanical mechanized construction and specially designed, its principle is to install a set of diesel power system on the basis of existing JZC350 mixer, it provides electric power to the machine to guarantee the mixer work. Since the output of the power generation system is 15KW, it can also provide some energy to drive other small equipment, such as vibrating rods, while ensuring the mixer is working properly. Used for work and night lighting. In addition, the machine in the case of external matching power supply, can not use the power generation device, direct access to external power supply, so that the diesel-electric dual-purpose.
Use and characteristics
This machine is used for mixing plastic and low fluidity concrete, each time can stir 0.35m³ concrete (the volume after ramming), the productivity is 12~14m3/h, it is suitable for the general small and medium-sized construction works, road, bridge, hydraulic engineering and concrete component factory.
The machine belongs to the double cone reversal discharging concrete mixer, the mixing barrel is turned into stirring, and the reverse is turned into the material, which has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable, good stirring quality, high production efficiency, light weight and convenient operation and maintenance.
