SAE 100R15 Hydraulic Hose for 5,000 & 6,000 psi service reducing inventory & budget
SAE 100R15 high pressure hydraulic hose is reinforced by four & six alternating layers of spiral and high-tensile steel wire. 6,000 psi constant working pressure and high impulse strength make it very popular in logging, construction/mining, agriculture and oil field equipment. It is totally competent to applications where only need 5,000 psi operating pressure.
Tube: Black Neoprene (Type A);
Reinforcement: four or six alternating layers of spiral wire; (Six for 1 1/4” & 1 1/2” hose);
Cover: Oil & flame resistant Neoprene;
Surface: wrapped surface with yellow layline for easy identification;
Operating pressure: 6000 psi constant pressure;
Operating temperature: -40° F (-40° C) to +250° F (+121° C) constant operation;
Length: 20 meter/coil;
MOQ: 800 meters.
Note: If actual temperature exceeds 250°F, hose life will be materially affected.
Abrasive cover will be supplied on special request.
