Vibrating feeder introduce:

Vibrating feeder working principle: 

Vibrating feeder mainly composed by the vibration machine frame, spring, vibrator, vibration motor frame and motor.Vibrator is composed of specific position  two eccentric shaft,  when rotates, two gear must be meshed as markers, the two eccentric shaft rotate driven by motor,, resulting in huge synthetic linear vibration force, so that the body forced vibration in the supporting spring, which as the driving force achieve the material vibration, in the material groove sliding and throwing motion, the material forward and achieve feeding purpose. When the material through screen bars on the the tank, small material through the sieve gap and falling, do not need pass the crushing process,but achieve the screening effect.
